Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the run.forex market data services, including the API, WebSocket stream, documentation and customer portal (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by MESH YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, issuing an API key or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

We provide real-time and historical market data covering crypto, equities and ETFs, foreign exchange, indices, metals, commodities and bonds, sourced from third-party exchanges, venues and liquidity providers. Coverage, instruments and history depth may change as upstream sources change. We may add, modify or discontinue instruments or endpoints.

3. Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. API keys are confidential credentials issued to you and must not be shared, resold or published. You are responsible for all activity carried out with your keys. Keys may be restricted to the IP addresses you nominate, subject to the limits of your plan. Notify us promptly atsecurity@run.forex if you believe a key has been compromised; you can also rotate keys yourself in the portal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) exceed or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, subscription limits, connection limits or IP restrictions of your plan; (b) share, sublicense, resell, redistribute or publicly display the data except as expressly permitted in writing; (c) use the Service to build or train a competing market data product; (d) reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use the Service unlawfully or in breach of the rules of any exchange, venue or regulator that applies to you.

5. Data licence and restrictions

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the data internally, for the duration of your subscription. Redistribution to third parties, public display, or onward licensing of the data requires a separate written agreement. Certain data originates from third-party venues and may carry additional restrictions imposed by those sources, which pass through to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any data or intellectual property to you.

6. Fees, billing and refunds

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout. We accept card payments (processed by iyzico) and crypto payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the Service remains available until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

7. Plan limits

Each plan defines limits on requests per second and per hour, WebSocket subscriptions and concurrent connections, IP allowlist slots, accessible asset classes and history rows per request. Requests beyond these limits may be rejected with an HTTP 429 response. Sustained attempts to exceed limits may result in suspension. You may upgrade at any time.

8. No investment advice; no warranty of accuracy

The data is provided for informational and technical purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to trade any instrument. Market data may contain inaccuracies, gaps, delays or errors, including those originating from upstream sources. You are solely responsible for any trading, risk or business decisions made using the Service. You should independently validate data before relying on it for trading or pricing purposes.

9. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but, unless a separate written service level agreement applies to your plan, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guaranteed uptime. Maintenance, upstream outages and third-party failures may interrupt availability. Support channels and response expectations depend on your plan.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed thetotal fees actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where no fees were paid in that period, our aggregate liability shall be limited to USD 100. These limits apply in aggregate and are not per-incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

13. Business use; not a regulated financial service

The Service is offered for professional and business use. We are a software and data technology company. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, investment firm, portfolio manager or regulated financial institution, and we do not provide investment services, brokerage, execution, custody or advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use complies with the laws, licensing requirements and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any authorisations you need.

14. Third-party sources

Data is obtained from third-party exchanges, venues, brokers and liquidity providers. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, continuity, pricing decisions, outages, corrections, restatements, symbol changes, delistings or termination of access. If a source restricts, degrades or withdraws data, we may modify or discontinue the affected coverage without liability. Where a source imposes terms on downstream use, those terms pass through to you and you agree to comply with them.

15. No reliance for execution or valuation

The Service must not be used as the sole or primary basis for order execution, risk management, margin calculation, client reporting, net asset valuation, benchmark construction or any other purpose where an error could cause loss. You are responsible for implementing independent validation, sanity checks, redundancy and fallback sources appropriate to your use case. You accept that market data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or incorrect.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting failures, upstream data-source outages, cyber-attacks, denial of service, power or telecommunications failures, government or regulatory action, sanctions, changes in law, natural disasters, war or civil unrest.

17. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, deprecate or discontinue any endpoint, instrument, data field, asset class or feature at any time. We will give reasonable notice of materially breaking changes where practicable, but we are not liable for loss arising from such changes.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if your use threatens the security, stability or legality of the Service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. On termination, your right to access the Service and use the data ceases.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the portal before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

21. General

These Terms, together with any order form and the documents linked from them, are the entire agreement between us and supersede prior discussions. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account. The limitations and disclaimers in these Terms survive termination.
