Card payments are processed by iyzico, and we also accept crypto (USDT).
Can I change plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the customer portal. Changes apply to your API key immediately, and you keep the same key.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Requests beyond your plan return HTTP 429 with X-RateLimit and X-Quota headers showing the limit, how much you have used and when it resets. Nothing is charged for overages.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves about 17%, roughly two months free.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — a permanently free tier with 1,000 REST requests per day across crypto markets, no card required. WebSocket streaming starts on the Trader plan.
What counts as a request?
Any authenticated REST call. WebSocket streaming is not billed per message — it is governed by subscription and connection limits.
